How to prepare
This will be a relaxed, relatively short session in and around the Givens Pursley offices. The goal is polished and approachable images.
Plan a complete outfit
Some photos are head to toe, not just above the waist.
What to wear
- Solid, neutral colors. If you’d like more color, consider the blues and greens reflected in the mood board.
- Layers. A jacket, blazer, sweater, or anything like it goes a long way.
- Formal pieces like ties are optional. Wear them only if that’s how you already dress.
- Texture is fantastic. Wool, knit, linen, suede, and the like. Not required, but great if you already have something in the closet.
What to avoid
- Busy patterns, small checks, tight stripes, etc.
- Logos, graphics, or brand names
- Bright, saturated colors
- Wrinkled or linty clothes
